We are fortunate at Tumpy Green Equestrian Centre to have direct access to a wide variety of off road riding, quiet country lanes and bridle paths, this all put together means that we can offer a wide variety of hacking experiences. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, from open fields, wooden lanes, to stunning views.
At Tumpy Green Equestrian Centre we understand the importance of ensuring you are well matched with your horse or pony. If you are visiting us for the first time then an assessment lesson is a great start. This allows us to ensure you are mounted to the right horse so that you can have both a fun and safe experience while at Tumpy Green.
Our hacks are led by experienced members of staff who will ensure you are able to make the most of your time. Hacking also works extremely well when combined with lessons, it is a great way to test out the skills you have learnt in your lessons.

Instructional Hacks
This will give you an opportunity to work on your riding on a one to one basis on a hack with your instructor. Instructional hacks will give you the opportunity to build your confidence in what can be a very different experience from riding in the school. Private and semi hacks are also available if there are specific things that you want to do on your hack. If you give the Centre a ring we can talk through the options with you.

During winter months hacking is subject to ground conditions.
